Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel an order? You will have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the section “Changed you?” If more than 60 minutes have passed, send an email to [email protected] and we will help you find an alternative solution.

I canceled my order by mistake, can I resume it? If you have canceled your order on site and still want your order, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Send an email to [email protected] if you have any questions – we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure if it went through. Can you confirm that it has been cancelled? If you have canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once the order has been successfully cancelled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation, let us know at [email protected] (and include your original #GLO order number) and we’ll look into it!

I don’t see the option to cancel myself! How can I cancel my order? If you have placed an order that includes a gift card, send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancellation/change request) and we can help you.
